Christophe Guinet<\/strong>, aka Monsieur Plant<\/strong>, was born in Paris and grows up between the city and the Christophe Guinet, aka Monsieur Plant, was born in Paris and grew up between the city and the countryside, keeping for a long time a contact with nature. Fascinated since his adolescence as well by the world of vegetables as this on of the urban cultures, he takes time to grow plants, to know them and to give them an uncommon place: in height in the urban space and art.
\nMonsieur Plant delivers a message by the poetry of his works.
\nHe composes in the delicacy and recomposes the codes which we like. His works are fragile and short-lived and his vegetable creations are unique.
\nIndeed He so plays with the symbols by giving them a natural and ethical twist, as to say that nature will always triumph over the man.
\nMonsieur Plant collects his materials in the nature: flowers, barks, moss, seeds or grass and disconnects from the world to be better inspired by it.
\nHe realizes then meticulous projects where our icons are rethought in the slightest detail, where every plant or seed is deposited with dexterity, and ally both by realizing poetic and contemporary projects.<\/h4>\n
